When Dilovan arrived in the U.S. from Turkey, she didn’t know a single word of English. But thanks to the incredible support of her tutors, her Lincoln Literacy family, and the welcoming community around her, she found a path forward.
Through determination and the power of education, Dilovan not only learned English but also applied to university, passed her English exam, and is now preparing to start a PhD in history. Her journey is a testament to the life-changing impact of learning — and the power of a community that believes in education for all.
