Our Impact

From our Executive Director

Hamasa longs to serve and contribute to her Lincoln community. To do that, she needs our services. Her dream? Medical school.

Hamasa’s story is like many others. In 2024, 700 refugees and immigrants will come to Lincoln. With the support of hundreds of volunteers, Lincoln Literacy helps them learn English, get around town, care for their children, find jobs, take citizenship classes, and train for careers such as education and healthcare.
