How It Works
Upskilled Workforce
Maximize the potential of employees who might be struggling to understand English. Help them to be safer and more comfortable in their roles, and understand how to grow their career.

Customized Curriculum
Lincoln Literacy works with employers to craft and teach a curriculum tailored to your needs. Courses are hosted and paid for by the employer or other available programs.
Measurable Outcomes
Typically classes are taught for 60-90 minutes each week for 10-12 weeks. Classes include both a pre- and post-test on the customized curriculum to gauge progress, with an average English skill gain of 20-25%.
