Annual Staff Retreat – July 13, 2026

Our All Staff Retreat will be on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the Cornhusker Bank Community Room (8310 O St, Lincoln, NE 68510) and will start at 9:00 AM. After our retreat programming, we will drive to Holmes Lake for an outdoor picnic and games. Attendance is required for all senior leaders and coordinators. Attendance is encouraged for all van drivers, childminders, and interns. Please RSVP here if you are planning to attend. We are offering van rides for staff who want them.

We will all take Gallup’s CliftonStrengths (formerly the Clifton Strengthsfinder) questionnaire prior to attending the retreat. The questionnaire can be taken in 40 different languages.

Additionally, during the retreat, we will revisit the Colors Assessment, a personality quiz made by Dane for last year’s retreat. If you haven’t taken the quiz before, please take it here. If you forgot what color you are, you can retake it! 

Lunch and encouragement for all will be provided.

While we’re away, our offices will be closed.
